1. Introduction
By using Sweet Maidens’ website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the website and the services we provide.
2. Services Provided
We offer the following services:
- WordPress website design and development.
- Custom theme design (via Elementor Pro or Avada Pro).
- Basic SEO, performance optimization, and security setup.
- Integration with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and cookie consent tools.
- Chatbot and contact form setup.
- Monthly WordPress and domain maintenance services.
- Logo design and custom design layout in Figma.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide:
- Their own logo unless they request our logo design service.
- Images they own the rights to or free stock photos.
- A minimum of 3 example websites or themes for design inspiration.
- Payment details for purchasing pro features or permission for us to handle this on their behalf. If clients buy their own themes/plugins, a €20 discount will be applied to the installation fee.
- A description of their business, values, and relevant design preferences (color palette, fonts, etc.).
- 3 similar website designs as references.
- Only legally licensed materials (themes, plugins, etc.) to be used on the website.
4. Payment Terms
- A 10% upfront payment is required before the project begins.
- The remaining balance is due upon project delivery once all agreed-upon services are completed.
- Any premium themes, plugins, or other paid third-party tools required for the project must be paid upfront before installation. Clients can either purchase them directly or request us to handle the purchase, in which case the cost will be added to the final invoice.
- Services are charged per project as outlined in the pricing list.
- A cash-back guarantee is available for basic setups within 7 days. If the cash-back guarantee is used, the website will be deleted and reverted to the original setup that was initially started with.
- Clients are entitled to up to 3 revisions for other setups.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and custom layouts are owned by Sweet Maidens unless otherwise agreed. Clients have the right to use the designs on their website but cannot redistribute them without permission.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your project and will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages or liabilities arising from third-party plugins, themes, or services used on the website, or for data breaches related to the use of personal information (e.g., emails, payment details) provided by clients.
8. Termination
You may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement for non-payment or violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your country, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
